of the national surveys conducted by the CDC, including the survey
instruments.
National
Quality Measures Clearinghouse NQMC, sponsored by the Agency for
Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) is a public repository for
evidence-based quality measures and measure sets.
Quality of Life
Instruments Database QOLID provides basic information at no charge,
while complete instrument information is by subscription.
RAND
Health Surveys Includes full text of some publicly available tests.
HSL Databases
CINAHL
Contains information on over 100 health-related instruments, including
information on how to obtain the full-text if it is not included.
