But First, Obtain a DynaMed Mobile Serial Number

Ways to Apply for a Serial Number:

1.) Fill out this application and submit it to the Library (instructions are on the application) OR

2.) E-mail dynamedsupport@ebscohost.com using your "nymc.edu" e-mail address to request a serial number for your mobile device. Include the type of mobile device you are using. Note: Please do not use any personal e-mail accounts such as @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com or @gmail.com when making a request for a serial number.

Please Note: DynaMed Serial Numbers expire after one year. When your serial number expires, call the Reference Desk (914) 594-4210 to obtain a new one.
