Highlights
Implementation a new Integrated Library System, branded NYMCat, developed a mobile version, & loaded authorities
Created 168 electronic reserves
Collection development budget increased
Developed a core set of library-supported information competencies
Completed the Novitch computer lab with the state-of-the-art computers and teaching software
Completed the annual faculty bibliographies and hosted the annual faculty author recognition events
Completed National Network of Libraries of Medicine sub-contract:  Health Literacy Curriculum: Tools and Strategies for Improving Health Communications
Webinars launched along with Online Tutorials
Launched three wikis to support the Middle Atlantic Leadership Institute, Health Literacy and external library communications (wiki and blog)
Completed re-designed library faculty liaison program, with all faculty librarians linked to academic departments in all three schools
Web site redesigned, with database page of resources now searchable by keyword
Mobile site redesigned according to results of usability study (project awarded prize at the Medical Library Association annual meeting)
Electronic book collection increased almost 150%
Electronic journal collection slightly lowered because Library cancelled access to expensive bundled e-journal collections
Electronic theses collection launched
Electronic poster database created
Library re-organized with two new division created:  Resources Management and USER Services
Poster printing services continue to be heavily used; hours expanded
Tech Tuesdays launched offering basic training to new and innovative software applications
Expanded videotaping support for distance learning programs and courses
Audio capabiliites upgraded:  Cooke and Nevins for course captures
Sound support for numerous outside campus events (e.g. May 26, 2011 Touro-NYMC BarBQue Event)
Launched faculty video book corner on website
